Why We Started
Unity Consulting Firm was founded by Stephanie after years of working across finance, operations, and business systems - and seeing the same problem over and over: small businesses were being left behind. Enterprise software existed, implementation partners existed, but very few were focused on making those tools accessible and practical for growing companies that didn't have a dedicated IT department or a seven-figure technology budget.

Stephanie built Unity to change that. The firm brings together consultants with deep, hands-on backgrounds in finance, fashion, product, and supply chain - people who have actually worked inside the kinds of businesses they now serve. That industry experience is what separates us from generalist consultants who know the software but not the operations behind it.

We're a small, fully remote team operating nationally - and we think that's a strength. It keeps us lean, responsive, and genuinely invested in every client we take on.
